Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING
All U.S. orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 incur a flat shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES (UNITED STATES)
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. ZYRE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@lovezyre.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your building's front desk first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We'll update this policy when that changes.
