Refund policy

WE MAKE RETURNS SIMPLE. 

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. No lengthy explanations required.

ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a return: - The item must be in its original condition — unused or minimally used - Original packaging should be included where possible - Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required

HOW TO RETURN Email us at info@lovezyre.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

EXCHANGES Want a different color or model? We'll process an exchange just like a return — contact us and we'll sort it out.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your ZYRE arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, this is handled under our 1-Year Warranty — not the return policy. Contact us at info@lovezyre.com and we'll replace or repair it.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS - Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers - Items returned after 30 days without prior approval CONTACT info@lovezyre.com — We respond within 1-2 business days.
